Auto weighing system is to weigh the friction material before mixing process.
This system operates fully automatic base on the friction material formulation which is saved in PLC. If operator selects saved formulation, automatically weighing and collecting different weighed material and then discharge to the linked Mixer.

Description Function
1 Hoppers Hopper contains raw friction material and level sensor watches the level of materials. Screw moves the material from the hopper to the scale hopper. There is four feed screw per scale hopper. The scale buckets are a containment area to weigh and discharge the material into the delivery car.
2 Carrier weighing system This delivery car moves automatically to transfer weighed material to the mixer.
3 Steel Structure Steel structure is basic structure to hold all devices, be assembled.
